Urban Passion

Beautiful work here. I love the combination of the neutral tones in the background and foreground with the red of her dress.

A few suggestions I have:
<img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/b/b…" width="10" height="10" alt="" title="Bullet; Black" />Take a smallish brush with a light color from the moon and add some little thin highlights around the edges of the girl that are pointing toward the moon. In this case, the far edge of her dress, and the upper left edges of her hair. It would also make her feel more a part of the scene if you added some thin whispy hairs around the bottom in that color as well, to show the moonlight shining on her.
<img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/b/b…" width="10" height="10" alt="" title="Bullet; Black" />Take the color from the shiniest part of the dress and add a bit to the ribbons. Compared to the satin of the dress, the ribbons look just a little flat.
